Health and wellbeing. A session in our little Finnish sauna can give healthy effects on body and mind, on blood circulation, on the immune system and on the metabolism. Use our sauna after a long day of activities.

Steam bath
Relax in our steam bath. A steam bath is enough to remove toxins from the skin.
The steam bath or sweat bath, was already known in the Ancient Greece, because the combination of heat and humidity helps relax the muscles, tones up and removes the skin toxins.
Infrared sauna
The infrared cabin is an alternative to the traditional Finnish sauna or steam bath. The heat supports health and wellness- no one likes the cold. The heat is good for physical and psychic wellness. The fact that the heat can support health and soothe pains was already known in all cultures and ages.
The infrared cabin is particularly suitable for people with backaches as it provides very low temperatures, from 30° to 50° which help soothing gradually the muscles tension. Through the uniform and regular rise of the body temperature the immune system will be stimulated and that gives a pleasant sense of well-being.
